RETURN WINDOW

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.


HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, visit our returns portal at www.mandotos.com and click on "Returns Center" at the bottom of the page, or contact us directly at support@mandotos.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


RETURN SHIPPING FEES

  • United States & Canada: Free returns on all orders
  • International orders (outside US & Canada): $8.00 USD return shipping fee applies
  • EU customers: Free returns within 14 days of receipt under the EU Consumer Rights Directive

DAMAGES & INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@mandotos.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Opened or used personal care and hygiene products (including beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

EU CUSTOMERS

EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
