What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of receipt. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. Returns are free for US and Canada customers. International customers outside the US and Canada are subject to an $8.00 USD return shipping fee. EU customers enjoy free returns within 14 days. What items cannot be returned?
Non-returnable items include: perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized products, opened or used personal care and hygiene products (including beauty items), hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. You can also track your order in real time via the Shop app.
